Really awesome bread knife....

Really awesome bread knife. I had a bread knife that I inherited from my family and was sort of sentimental about it and really didn't know what a quality break knife would be like. This one has a great hand feel and balance and cuts really nicely even through the crusty sour dough bread that my daughter bakes weekly. Can do much thinner and more even slices! I also cut a sandwich loaf this morning and have never been able to do such perfect slices of bread.
