Rest and Restore with Melatonin

Great Rest!

Since I added Rest and Restore to my bedtime medication regime, I find I fall asleep faster and stay asleep until 6:00 or 7:00 am. What a happy change. Thank you Amy Myers!

This product is extremely helpful to get a good night sleep. I happen to fall asleep fast but, wake up during the night and can't get back to sleep. With Rest & Restore, I wake up sometimes but now, go right back to sleep. And feel GREAT during the day. Love it!!
