Love it

I could not be happier with this product. I was pleasantly surprised with the larger new style feeder that came with it. I did not expect this feeder. The shim was easily removable for my purposes to put a deep on. I do like the option of the shim. I also like the fact that it has the new style entrance on it. This allows me on it. I have replaced my entrance's on all my other Apimayes with this new style entrance. Because this allows me to leave my pollen catchers in full time by just changing the entrance opening. One way forces the bees to use the pollen feeder the other allows them to avoid it and I never have to take it out. I will be buying these going forward.

Great for splits

I really like these kits so turn supers into full apimaye hives. It allows me to make more traditional splits with two deeps.
