Awesome beef

A5 kobi sirloin strip was very tender and flavorful. So tender you can cut it with a fork, I’m not kidding. Cutting a sirloin with a fork is impressive. If the sirloin was that tender I cannot wait to try the ribeye. From ordering to delivery was flawless.
