Not totally skinless! But, cut so close that it is very hard to remove the thin layer that is remaining. Great flavor on top but terribly fishy on the bottom. Will not purchase again.

The salmon arrived still frozen. I have purchased the faroe island salmon previously. I love the texture of the salmon. I can't find in my grocery stores.
