American Spoon – Lemon Curd

A treat for myself! Used to making my own, but this American Spoon is divine.

Great lemon flavor and a little goes a long way.

​Works for me as a quick no-bake dessert. I use this with a dish of plain blueberries, a little bit mixed in. Then I put some whipped cream on top. Or I may just spoon a little of the curd right out of the jar and squirt some whipped cream on top. It tastes just like a bite of lemon meringue pie. I enjoy the taste of real lemon without the work of cooking something.

Gift for Mothers Day

I purchased this and some other items as a gift bundle for my Mom. She really enjoyed it!
