Blake Hill Marmalade (Assorted Flavors)

A classic, not too sweet!

It has just the right note of bitterness I associate with great marmalade....yum!

Delicious!

This time we ordered Meyer Lemon marmalade this time. Try it on baked fish. Classic orange is very good on scones.

Not like the usual marmalades.

If you like Meyer lemons, you will enjoy this. Not too tart, lightly sweet and very tasty on a toasted asiago cheese bagel with just a light shmear of cream cheese.
