Poor Germination

My husband & I have been growing our own vegetables since 1976. I decided to try your company dye to your advertisement on peppers. Since we usually grow mostly peppers & Roma tomatoes. We have a greenhouse, heated mats, trays with domes with vents & only had 7 sprouts in 64 days. We have never had this happen & are truly dissatisfied.
