NuMex Big Jim Pepper Seeds

Very sweet

I was surprised at how sweet these were. They were thick-walled too, great for roasting. The plants needed supports as they are heavy peppers, and they were late bloomers for me, but they were container friendly and fairly productive. Will be growing again next year.

Sausage was great seeds unfortunately had about a 10% germination rate.
