Sweet
I have grown these parsnips for 2 years. The roots are very large, but the flavor is sweet and does not have a woody core. Best parsnips I've ever grown.

This is a good-looking parsnip. I hope it germinates, since last year my gladiator seed did not do well. I am looking forward to good season.
