The ordering was simple and the delivery was quick. The mother is excited for the bunny. He friends received one at her baby shower last year, and he soon loves the bunny.

Wrong bunny!

I don’t like to complain, but the bunny that my niece received was not the bunny that I ordered. When I received a reply from customer support, she said I did not specify, so they sent the brown bunny with the orange dress. I ordered the tan bunny with the “trippy” peach colored skirt to match the new babies nursery. Even if I didn’t specify, customer support should have sent a request for confirmation before sending the gift out. I a not satisfied with the suggestion that my niece could arrange to exchange. She should not be inconvenienced. This is not a professional way to handle the error.
