Dried Culinary Lavender — Farm-Grown Buds for Baking & Cooking

Fragrant, Lovely Lavender

I am baking my own wedding cake - lavender lemon with lavender lemon Swiss Meringue Buttercream! I purchased several dried culinary lavenders to see which would work best for the cake. This lavender had by far the deepest color. Fragrance was lovely. I made my second test cake and invited friends over to try. The feedback was phenomenal. I'll be purchasing more for the big event!

The Lavender arrived in these very cute little jars. They smell wonderful and I'm using the buds to infuse my honey. I'm currently using the cold method and hoping in a few weeks I have a strong Lavender Honey for my morning lemon water. I'm so impressed that I've order other items (shipment pending) and I'm considering even more!

Perfect in coffee

These lavender buds are perfect to sprinkle over coffee grounds to infuse a hint of lavender in coffee. They smell amazing and arrive in a beautiful little jar. We are really enjoying them!
