2 of the 5 Delmonico 'steaks' were easily over 70% connective tissue and fat with a thin ribbon of meat. Couldn't be even ground for something. Had to throw them out.

Best gift of all time

Seriously some of the best steaks I've ever had. My brother got me steak from you all for Christmas this past year. Best gift ever. And now I'm addicted and want it all the time.

Vtwagyu is the best, Ive purchased many different wagyu steaks and no one compares with these folks in either price or quality. I'm impressed with every aspect of Vt wagyu and I wouldn't buy from any place else!
