Good but needs more bodyweight workouts
I really like the running and rucking but I think there should be more focused on bodyweight workouts. The weightlifting portion is still awesome and great workouts just needs more focus on the calisthenics than weightlifting.

Well worth your time and effort
This has been an absolutely amazing program thus far. Very well thought out workouts that do challenge you, but also have achieved incredible results in my life. Their no nonsense nature has been a real blessing, and has allowed me to train while still working full time. I would highly recommend the program as well as their wealth of info on YouTube. That stuff has helped me immensely. My only request is that the programs begin to target the RPA 2.0 in the near future. Would 100% purchase again.
