Shinkia Deep Sea Salt
Nice tasting, very fine grain salt. Could be a five but it is too moist and has a tendency to clump together.

Really special salt
This salt makes great seafood even better. Tried it first on raw fresh spot prawns and dry-pack sea scallops and it was amazing. I now use it on cooked and raw seafood but have not tried it on any meats, probably would be just as good.

The Best Salt Ever!
This salt is, in my opinion, the most amazing thing. The subtleness of the complex flavor changes with the different types of food. I have to use so little to get such flavor enhancement.
