Delicious Nutritious Salt
This finishing salt adds a wonderful umami flavor many foods; very rich, a little goes a long way. I have sprinkled it on scrambled eggs, fresh mozzarella cheese, in beef bone broth, fish, beef, avocado toast and mushrooms. It compliments the flavor of the food, not overpowering.
