A staple in our house

Firetree is first-rate quality and taste and at the best price point in the market. We used to spend a fortune on Amedei and now we buy only Firetree. We have tried dozens of award-winning brands and Firetree is consistently excellent. In our experience, at least 50% of the other brands had texture/quality issues (chalky, too soft, too hard, bloomed). Some like Bonnat were sour or unremarkable in taste (as some grocery store bars). Some are outright horrible (Raaka, Mast). Firetree is of Amedei quality at a much better price.
