I’ve made a dozen or so different Craft a Brew beers but this is my first wine try. I made both the Pino Grigio and the Merlot. Very easy to make. Heads up, when bottling the first batch (Pinot) ther was a good bit more sediment in the carboy than when I bottle beer. I let a bit of the sediment into the last bottle. I can fix that next time with a double siphon pour. The taste of the Pinot Grigio that day was tart and crisp

Strange looking ingredients, great tasting wine

It's hard to believe that a plastic bag full of grade juice and a few small envelopes can make such great tasting wine, but they certainly do. Ignore what it looks like when it arrives, just make it and enjoy it.
