Himalayan "Gucchi" Black Morels

​Arrived in good condition and lasted several days. Had with scramled eggs, dusted in flour and fried, sauteed with shallots and ghee, and with cream sauce over egg noodles. Enjoyed them all ways!

This particular Morel does not require the painstaking cleaning before cooking. They are almost always ready to prepare and still have that distinctive flavor that blends the earth with vegetable. My favorite Morel by far

Morels were fantastic, good size, color, and arrived on time and packaged nicely. Love cooking them simply. The guests at the dinner absolutely loved them as much as I did!
