I take one per day.
It seems to help. I only take one capsule per day, because taking 2 at a time seems to irritate my duodenum.

Great cleanse
I love Gaia Herbs. I have used this product several times for 2 weeks at the time. I think it is a great way to cleanse in addition to eating the right foods. I love the quality of the herbs
