My husband loves this glaze. Puts it on everything from salad to fish and fruit and ice cream.

I have not used it yet but will use it with roasted vegetables and with goat cheese stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto, as I have done with other brands of balsamic fig Glaze. I primarily bought three other bottles as part of gourmet Christmas gifts for three very discriminating Italian in-laws. Look forward touring it soon. Great value for such a large bottle.
