The pasta held up well during boiling followed by cooking in the pan with the sauce. At first I was unsure because of the size of the Paccheri but upon reflection pasta this size is very suitable for a single person like myself since the amount of leftover is less than smaller pasta.

It was bait and switch

I ordered a dozen boxes of different pasta and was sent Rigatoni and NOT the Paccheri I wanted. When I emailed the problem to them they did not respond or send the replacement. I’m disappointed.

Great pasta!!! Family tradition to have on holidays!! Great job shipping! Wrapped well and no broken pasta.
