These caperberries are second to none. The brine is clear and fresh, keeping them snappy and delicious. If not for the salt content I’d eat many a day—actually have to limit myself. They’re wonderful alone, and make excellent garnishes in cocktails like Bloody Mary’s and Martinis. If you like capers you’ll fall in LOVE with these caperberries!
