Best gluten free pasta!
Best gluten free pasta ever! This pasta can clump at the ends of you don't drop it in the pot strategically though. I break it in half (I make small batches for just myself a lot) and sprinkle sparse layers perpendicular to one another in the pot. Resist stirring it until after about 5 or 6 minutes, and you'll be clump-free. Worth the small fuss!
