I used to buy this from Fairway, but when they closed, I had to find someplace else for Mitica Calasparra. No stores within 50 miles carried it, but several online sites did. Supermarket Italy was the least expensive. When I found the shipping box at my door, it had just started to rain. The rice sack was packed in wads of heavy paper, not a plastic bag. If I had not taken in the package soon enough, the rice would have become wet. I I hope Supermarket Italy will change this aspect of shipping.
