The gruyere you sent is aged pretty well, could be longer, but that's more expensive. Your price was right. Your packaging was superb and cheese arrived in fairly cool state

I enjoy fixing different types of recipes using the Gruyere Cheese. My family has loved it all.

Not real Italian Sausage

There were two small frozen bags. Totally warm. There was a faint odor from the sausage. The flavor was poor. This was supposed to be Italian made. The wrapping said it was made in New Jersey. I have it in my refrigerator but and reticent aabout eating it.
