Slow shipping

I love the product but disappointed in there shipping time. I have ordered three times and every time it takes 4--5 days for them to actually get the product out the door and then another 2 for it to arrive. I worked for a third party fulfillment warehouse and I know if your systems are tight, product can be shipped within a few hours of receipt of the order.
