We absolutely love this cold brew pack! It is so convenient. Pair it with your favorite creamer etc & you’re good to go.

Great coffee, but recurring packaging issue

I love the coffee itself, but I’ve experienced the same packaging problem several times. The cold brew bag inside the box is occasionally placed upside down, which prevents the dispensing spout from lining up with the opening at the bottom of the box. As a result, I have to open the top of the box and reposition the bag before I can use it. Since this has happened multiple times, I wanted to mention it in case there is an issue with the packaging process that could be corrected. I’m mentioning this because I otherwise enjoy the product and would love to see this issue resolved.
