Great Customer Service

My IPettie automatic feeder stopped working soon after my purchase. I followed direction that came with the unit and contacted IPettie. The staff were extremely responsive and sent a replacement unit without any prompting. They also kept us posted along the way and checked in after the replacement arrived to ensure we were happy with the replacement unit. The customer service is too notch!

Nice but defective

The first one I bought only lasted 5 months. Hopefully this second one will last longer and the company gives a refund or replaces the defective one.
