So far so good. My automatic cat box is working great. My home no longer smells like a cat box in your face when you come in, and my cat uses it daily. He didnt like a previous box with a top so this was a concern upon purchase, but since there's no door and it has light inside, he likes it. My replacement carbon filters and odor eliminator refills I ordered came in a timely mannerand in perfect condition. I love being able to order the refills right in the litter box app. So quick and easy, and I know I'm getting the right items that are compatible with my box model.
