This machine is a game changer!

I have a diabetic cat who needs small, frequent meals throughout the day, but my other cats were always sneaking his food. I started looking for an automatic feeder, and this one has been an absolute game changer! My cat caught on right away—now, as soon as he hears the beep, he comes running to eat. I love that I can program up to 5 scheduled feeding times and also use the “feed now” option if I notice he’s hungry between meals. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s getting exactly what he needs, even when I’m not home. Honestly, I 100% recommend this feeder to anyone—whether your cat is on a special diet, you have multiple pets, or you just want the convenience of scheduled feedings. It’s made such a difference for us!

Decent product w/responsive company

I bought the feeder in October 2023 on Amazon, and it had been working perfectly up until a couple weeks ago when it started having battery issues. It wouldn't survive 2 hours after it had been charging for a day, so I had to keep it constantly plugged in. Wasn't sure if it was a battery issue or a port issue since I tried using different chargers and nothing changed. After contacting the company, they were super responsive and sent me a new one for only the cost of shipping. Very happy with the feeder since it makes life easier, and happy with how the situation turned out :)

Replacement working

I originally received the feeder in July ‘24 and it was working great until recently. The feeder disconnected from the WiFi and I could no longer edit the schedule, receive notifications, and after a couple weeks it stopped feeding altogether due to no WiFi connection. I contacted the support team and showed them the issues. They ended up sending me a replacement unit under warranty which has been working well so far ( a few days). It probably would’ve been better to get a non-WiFi unit but hopefully this one works longer than the original. It does make my life easier as I have a senior cat who can only eat so much at one time and needs to be fed throughout the day.
