Need help with cooking eggs and food sticking.

I chose 360 Cookware to replace nonstick cookware. My eggs keep sticking an i am having difficulty with learning how to use my sauce pan. I can steam spinach & the flavor is greatly improved. I will try looking for You Tube Instructive use of your cookware.
