IF you heat up the pan and test until you get the zippy water balls, THEN add your ghee (oil) your eggs will cook great and will SLIDE right out of the pan. :)

Poor customer service/Handles get hot

Handles get hot to touch on this design when I reached out to customer service I was offered a 60% refund since I had opened the packaging and used once. Love the quality of this company but at this price point customer service has got to be improved. Also maybe add a warning on this pan design? I simply wanted to replace with a classic frying pan style.

I love this pan! It takes a minute or two longer to heat than my other stainless pans- I attribute it to being thicker and heavier than my others- but the plus is, it keeps the temps I want more stable than my others. It's definitely worth the extra minute. This is my first 360 pan and will absolutely look to 360 for any other replacements. And the fact it's made in the U.S.A. Is icing on the cake. Thanks 360 Cookware for my new favorite pan!
