Carrots die in my fridge....
I don't use carrots much. I buy them, they're in the fridge, they die, I throw them away.....and then I found Carrots, Diced, DRIED, on MySpiceSage! Now, I have a glass jar in my pantry with CARROTS in it! I also have red and green pepper, dehydrated celery, and a few more. This is GENIUS!!! No more throwing out the dead veggies you were going to use and forgot....they're ALWAYS good!!!
