Delicious and perfect for pressure cooker soup
I added lentils and corn with some tomatoes and broth and made the best soup!

Great addition to Soups & Stews! (and a time saver)
My pantry is exceptionally well-stocked for many different cuisines. The Dried Veg Mix is in one of the BIG jars - because it is a go-to for a tasty and aromatic boost to a pot roast or a venison tenderloin stew. I may still cut onion, garlic or carrot, but it is not always necessary. And, added to a home-style chicken soup? Gangbusters!
