Zaatar

Love it!

We love it on our home made pita bread. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle Za'atar on it, and put under the broiler just until hot. I add a pinch of Greek seasoning to it for a burst of flavor 😋 It could have a bit more Oregano, but a little pinch of Greek or Italian seasoning makes all the difference.

versatile zesty

Zaatar is a regular go to spice. Works great for so many things. I sprinkle on chicken, fish. I use on assorted veggies - little olive oil, zaatar and roast. Has so much flavor no other spices or even salt needed for great flavor.

Great spice

Had to buy new supply for recipe (chicken thighs encrusted with za'atar). Fantastic!
