LUMIO Bladeless Ceiling Fan, 6 Speeds with Dimmable LED Light

I purchased this in white and had a professional licensed electrician install it but the light would not work. I called the company and they returned my call asap. They did a walk thru and determined it was the light and so they rush shipped me a light. Customer service was excellent. My fan is a statement piece. When people see it they are amazed by its beauty and how well it works. The only issue I have is it makes a sound when at its highest speed (6) due to the shaking. If it was flush mounted I’m sure it would not make this shake noise. I used the piece (pipe included) to drop it . Maybe later I will call the company to see if there is a solution to the noise but it really doesn’t bother me. I absolutely love my fan. My issue in the future is how am I going to clean this thing. I purchased the 28” and it’s huge. One of my favorite purchases for my home in a long time. Thanks
