Full of flavor!
High quality pork and adds delicious flavor to broth! Love that it’s corn and soy free. Will order again. Packaging is top notch and love that it stays frozen too if I’m not able to get to it immediately after delivery.

Delicious!
These are so delicious!!! Great value! I slow cooked in with other meats and water for a delicious soup. I will be buying these again!

Great pork hocks
Every couple of weeks or so, I whip out the ol' pressure cooker and make a pot of pork and sauerkraut. My eastern European DNA craves it. This time I tried the pork hocks from Northstar and was amazed at the tender, flavorful pork and abundant bone broth. YUM!!! Will be ordering those hocks again soon.
