Very Disappointed

Dear King Jesus Ministry, My name is Daniel Garrido, and I recently ordered a digital manual from your ministry for the first time. I am very disappointed to discover that I cannot print it for study and note-taking purposes. By the way, It was not stated on your website that the product is non-printable; otherwise, I would have ordered the physical manual. I do not use my computer, iPad, or any devices for reading or studying. I would like to request a favor from your ministry: could we possibly exchange the digital manual for a paper version? I am willing to cover the additional cost. Thank you for your kind consideration. PS: Per Supervisor advised, to write an email to the sales department and that’s the above mentioned email I sent. As of this writing, no one has contacted or answering my email. I’m very disappointed the way the staff handle the situation even the cost of the material is just a few dollars.
