Flavor and effectively hydrates. I can actually feel a change. I feel hydrated. Less dry skin and hair. It is crazy! I live in the desert.i can drink a glass of water and still feelva little thirstycand my skin and bait will feel a kittle dry still. But after drinking a glass of this i feel hydrated. My hair is silkier and my skin is not as dry. Especially around my nails and cuticles. I used to drink body armour because it is tasty and effective but this is better. Best i have found.

I took a chance on ordering this flavor without ever trying it before and it was a good call. Not overly sweet or salty. Smooth flavor with a perfect balance of strawberry and watermelon. Helped keep me well hydrated through last weeks heat dome working in a farm market throughout.

My favorite flavor from Liquid IV. I haven’t had a bad flavor yet, but this one is truly special. Subtle notes and slightly sweet. Perfect!
