Just received ours and filled up for the first time! Excellent quality and a fantastic grind

A beautiful piece of high utility, durable design

Our Purple Mill is truly gorgeous and does all the things you want a pepper mill to do and does them brilliantly. The only watchout is its 2/5 lb. weight (it is cast iron, after all!) We've found that petite visitors with small wrists can feel overwhelmed in lifting it. But for the rest of us, it's just fine.
