Santoku Knives

Great 'all-rounder' for those starting their kitchen arsenal.

I replaced my multi-pack knives that I'd had since uni with this. It is the only knife in my kitchen and it's great for everything. It might not specialise in anything but that's the point. One thing to note, compared to my mate's santoku, the blade is on the thicker side. It comes down to preference.

A present for a serious home chef

I bought this as a present for my nephew who takes his cooking seriously. I haven’t given it to him yet but I’m sure he’ll be delighted. I wanted to buy him something made in Sheffield as I like to support local businesses.
