What I think is best about The Greco Blueprint is that it's Adam Wheeler's way. He's not overly talkative like many video technicians. Adam covers all aspects of Greco Wrestling, even the most under represented topic of par terre defense. It's my favorite Greco video to date.

Awesome Instructional

I have been following Adam Wheeler on social media for a while now. When I saw his instructional was on sale I pulled the trigger on it, and I'm very glad that I did. He goes over concepts of the throws well, and doesn't get too weighed down with heavy details. Overall I enjoyed this instructional, and think anyone looking to up their GrecoRoman game will to! Learn from the best in Adam Wheeler!
