Defense wins championships.

Okie State wrestlers are known for their innovative offense and deep technical knowledge on finishing leg attacks. Their defensive abilities are often overlooked, but in reality they are the foundation upon which their neutral wrestling is built. Dieringer does a fantastic job communicating his understanding of neutral defense to the viewer. If improving your reattacks is a goal then this is a great video for you.
