Best format of teaching this common but critical escape. It is a technique touched upon in other videos by other clinicians, but this clear and comprehensive guide to teaching and executing this system of escapes is first rate. Too often clinicians teach from a perspective of natural innate athletic talent that most of us cannot match. The Askren's don't rely on that, and that is what makes this so effective a teaching tool.
