So relieved to find you carry my favorite peach variety
I am an ardent fan of Andy's Orchard in Morgan Hill, CA. Andy Mariani is a stone fruit breeder; he only grows what tastes good and he only picks it ripe. He considers the Baby Crawford his best tasting peach and the Kit Donnell he created with his friend that he named after her to be right up there with it.
As one of my friends I shared a Kit Donnell with exclaimed, That is the BEST peach I have ever eaten In. My. LIFE! WOW!
So when I was told by his staff that the farm was being sold to developers after the 2026 season, I just couldn't imagine never having those peaches again. The local nurseries were all sold out--people around here know what those are. I cannot tell you how glad I was when I found that you stocked it. I'd already started a Baby Crawford tree and now we could have our Kit Donnells, too. Nothing tastes like those two do.
So this is my $2000 peach tree. Because that's what it cost me to remove an invasive pepper tree to make space for it. Thank you for such a beautiful specimen. The photo is at 22 days after planting and 15 days after breaking bud. I cannot thank you enough.

peach trees
Both trees are healthy and undamaged. Signs of growth after just a few days in the ground. The Pick Zee is already covered in blooms.
