Red Lady Papaya Dwarf Tree

Worried

Received my tree in great shape with several leaves. After waiting to pot it to allow acclimation time I potted it with peat/coir/ perlite/ bark mixture. Fertilized with an 18-6-12 and watered. It's in sunny area of enclosed lanai. Now 4 days after that the leaves are getting yellow spots with one almost all yellow. Not sure what's going on so I'm worried

Red Lady Papaya

Plant arrived in excellent condition. I planted it the next day and shaded it for about a week. It has already grown approx. six inches. Really pleased.

Tiny and blanched during many days in shipping.

My plant arrived still slightly damp in a well packaged pot. The foliage was totally light starved after several days in a box but careful exposure has brought it back to green with no burnt leaves. I like it. Now the wait for fruit.
