Had Potential, But Fell Short

"Thank you for following up on my order of the Sugar apple, Longan, Mango, and Sapodilla trees. I wanted to let you know that they originally arrived in very poor condition due to inadequate packaging. The tops of three trees were snapped off because the younger branches weren't protected, and many small branches were broken and completely dry. I am not looking for any compensation, but I wanted to give you this feedback so you can improve your shipping methods for future customers. The good news is that after some care, the trees are looking a lot better now. They have survived and are still alive!"

I ordered the Green Sugar Apple, Sweetsop Annona Tree and both we shipped in perfect condition, easy to plant and when I have another need to replace a tree I shall order from Everglades again. Outstanding!

Not great

I bought a larger one so that i had additional growth because i know how slow they are. And instead of getting what i paid for, someone used a shipping box that was way too small and bent the top foot to fit. So obviously it snapped off in transit. Ive bought from you before and never had issues. Very frustrating as now it isnt putting out new growth. Im not sure what its going to do now since its effectively been topped.
