Spanish Applewood Smoked Trout Roe

Very good. Interesting flavor. Nice texture. Taste reminded me of bourbon or brandy. I just ate it on a cracker with sour cream or a cucumber, but I'm sure there are more creative ways to enjoy this treat (maybe scrambled eggs, etc.).

Surprisingly delicious - perfectly smoked with a delightful briny finish. The texture was especially enjoyable as a unique add to many dishes, congee being my favorite. Highly recommend.

Great taste. Reminded me of a smoke lox bagel.
