As always, Kolkof comes through with the most delicious Smoked Salmon I have ever had. I'm Jewish a d I've had A LOT of it! So fresh, so tender, and the perfect smokiness, not too sharp but niot too mild. I had to fight my wife for it and it was gone in 2 days! Seriously, for this quality of salmon, the price is downright cheap! Buy some, you will rave about it yourself !
